Location: Department of Education, Office of Federal Student Aid (FSA), 830 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20202, Room 1101B (First Floor Learning Center).  FSA is located about 2 blocks north of Union Station on the Red Line.  The building is set back a bit from First Street and FSA shares an entrance with CNN.  If you get to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), you've gone too far.  If you would like to participate via teleconference, please contact Owen_Ambur@ios.doi.gov
