The offices for the CSC PRIME Alliance program are located in Lanham, Md., across from the New Carrollton Metro and the NCFB and just inside the northeast side of the Washington, D.C., Beltway (Route 495/95).
The map below provides a high-level view of the area surrounding MTC and NCFB.

1.1 Driving Directions Between MTC and Key Locations
This section provides driving directions for sites (and airports) pertinent to the CSC PRIME Alliance Program. These directions correspond to the map in Figure 2-1.
1.1.1 Location of MTC (new CSC building)
MTC faces the New Carrollton Federal Building at the corner of Harkins and Ellin Roads in Lanham, Md. Both buildings are across the street from the New Carrollton Metro Station. Entrances to the MTC parking lot are on Harkins and Ellin Roads. The main entrance at Harkins Road is manned by a guard and is accessible 24 hours a day (for visitors and employees). The entrance at Ellin Road is open only to PRIME employees with a building access card, and is open during regular business hours.
1.1.2 Directions from Washington, D.C. (to MTC and NCFB)
Take New York Avenue/Route 50 East (toward Annapolis). Take Exit 5 (Route 410, East-West Highway). At the light at the end of the ramp, turn left on Route 410 West. Cross over Route 50. Turn right at the light (Ellin Road). You will see the New Carrollton Metro Station on your right; MTC and NCFB will be on your left.
1.1.3 Directions from the Capital Beltway in Maryland (to MTC and NCFB)
In Maryland there are three Capital Beltway exits in Prince George’s County (northeast of Washington, D.C.) that will take you to MTC and NCFB: Exit 19 (Route 50 West), Exit 20 (Annapolis Road/Route 450 West), or Exit 22B (Baltimore-Washington Parkway/Route 295 South).
Beltway Exit 19
If you take Beltway Exit 19 (Route 50 West toward Washington, D.C.), stay on Route 50 until you see a sign for Exit 5 (Route 410 = Veterans Parkway/East-West Highway). Turn right on 410 West. Turn right on Ellin Road and go past the New Carrollton Metro station (on your right); both NCFB and MTC will be on your left across from the Metro station.
Beltway Exit 20
If you take Beltway Exit 20 (Annapolis Road West), cross immediately to the left-hand turn lane and turn left on 85th Avenue, which winds through housing developments and becomes Ellin Road. MTC will be on your right, the New Carrollton Metro Station will be on your left, and NCFB will be across the street from both. (Alternatively, stay on Annapolis Road a bit longer, and turn left at Finns Lane/Harkins Road. MTC will be on the left and NCFB on the right.)
Beltway Exit 22
If you take Beltway Exit 22 (Baltimore-Washington Parkway South), stay on the B-W Parkway for 2-½ miles. Take the first exit, Route 410 (toward New Carrollton/Hyattsville). At the end of the exit ramp, turn left on 410 East (Riverdale Road) and stay on 410 until it deadends. Turn left on Route 450 (Annapolis Road). Turn right at 85th Avenue, which will take you through several apartment projects, but there are no more lights until you get to MTC. MTC will be on the right across from the NCFB and the New Carrollton Metro station.
ALTERNATE ROUTE: When you are on Route 450, exit onto 495 South Beltway. Exit at Route 50 West (toward Washington), and take the Route 410 exit. Turn right onto Route 410 West. Turn right on Ellin Road, go past the New Carrollton Metro (on your right) and NCFB (on your left), and MTC will be on your left. Taking Route 295 to 410 is also an option.
1.1.4 National Airport Directions
