Description of Effort:
The Department of Energy Office of Security and Emergency Operations Technical Guidance Division and Document Declassification Division are exploring XML authoring tools, content repositories, and publishing systems in preparation for developing a Content Management System for Technical Guidance. The Office has been developing a DTD for classification guides and building style sheets to properly display the guidance.
