Description of Effort:
The FMS ICCC Project was implemented to enable Federal Agencies to accept plastic cards over the Internet as a method of collection for offered services and products. ICCC, a facet of FMS, Plastic Card Network program, provides a convenient, widely accepted and secure payment option for agency customers.
