KSA ML 2006-04-29 Data KSA Markup Language (KSA ML) is an XML vocabulary and schema for the self-expression of knowledge, skills, and abilities on the Web. KSA ML will enable individuals to post valid XML instance documents anywhere on the Web expressing the knowledge, skills and abilities they possess, thereby enabling general purpose and specialized search services to index those documents and create expertise directories. Such directories will be invaluable to government agencies as needs arise to call upon such experts, e.g., when natural disasters and other unforeseen events occur and require rapid and effective response.
