Quality of Design Tool 2005-05-27 Software The Quality of Design (QOD) Tool aids a user in ensuring that XML schemas conform to a selected set of design practices, e.g., use of the XML Schema structures that enhance reusability, maintainability, clarity, and interoperability. The tool contains an expandable set of computer interpretable rules (written in Schematron or JESS) based on naming and design guidelines from a number of sources. QOD allows a user to add rules into the test case knowledge base and supports the execution of those rules against a schema.
