Software Acquisition Process Checklist (SAPC) 2007-08-10 Data The SAPC is a checklist to be used by Contract Review Boards (CRB) to evaluate and rank responses to software solicitations, including Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs). CRB reviewers would have sufficient information to make informed recommendations, including bidder rankings, to Contracting Officers (COs). Proposals encompassing emerging software technologies would be evaluated based upon rational and unbiased criteria and metrics set forth in a standard checklist. The evaluations would enable the Government to establish prudent cutpoints, based on requirements.
